Enlisted Official Military Personnel File Request (OMPF)
For a Starting price of $55.00 you can receive the complete and comprehensive, high resolution scans of an enlisted military service file (OMPF). The starting price covers the first 100 pages, the charge for larger files is $10 per 25 pages after the first 100 pages.
Every Service file is unique to the individual and may include any of the following documents:
Enlistment Documents
Birth Certificate
Veteran Photos
Promotions document
Units of assignment
Award documents
Hospitalizations
Non-judicial punishment/deck court and court martial proceedings
Leave/transfer orders
Fitness reports
Correspondence between the veteran or relatives and the US military

Request form should be filled out in full; additional research fees will apply for incomplete forms.
Records requests will be sent by Heritage Research Solutions to the National Personnel Records Center with 1 business day of order receipt.
Additional fees will apply for file sizes over 100 pages.
Each Additional 25 Pages: $10
US Army files may be unavailable or partial due to the fire at the National Archives. Fees will be as follows for unavailable or incomplete files.
Basic Search Fee (Unavailable Files): $25
Partial Files: $35
Please allow an average of 2-4 weeks for completion of order; actual timeframe for order completion is contingent upon NPRC response time to request.
Scanned documents and photos will be high resolution, color photos sent electronically in a .pdf file format.
